A People's History of Fallinel tells the history of the Elven continent written from the perspective of dispossessed people and the marginalized. It's contrasting point of view from the more documented histories with a lot of information about grain and the economy. This dense book is usually read by college freshman.

After their battle with Doreen and the Corn Ooze, Kristen Applebees visits the library and asks for a book about the history of Fallinel, as there's been a deathly tsunami there and she'd like to know more about why bad things happen to good people. Mrs. Dimweather gives her this book.
She later reads the book and finds out about the crusaders of Sol committing atrocities against elves in Fallinel.
