Description[]
"Students one and all, welcome to another exciting year at the Aguefort Adventuring Academy. I am Vice Principal Goldenhoard, here with some announcements on your first day. Everyone should have received your locker assignments in the mail, make sure to go and put your things away for your first busy class day. Bells are five minutes between classes, and hall passes are ensorcelled, so no funny business. I've been told that lunch lady Doreen has made a fine creamed corn and tuna surprise! Surprising indeed what mysteries await in that dish. Also, during your time here, any matters of curriculum can be brought to the Principal, Mr. Arthur Aguefort. Matters of discipline will be brought to me, your Vice Principal, and Ole' Hawthorne, my paddle friend and cleaver of heinies. Don't worry, we use corporal punishment aplenty here at Aguefort, ha ha ha ha! Welcome, welcome, new class of heroes!" ― Vice Principal Goldenhoard on the first day of school
The school is designed to teach high-school aged students to learn combat/adventuring skills. The school offers lessons and training for students in many different classes and many different races. It is a publicly funded school. It is surrounded by beautiful, dappled lawns, stone brick walls, ivy-covered trellises, and statues. There are at least three different buildings that make up the campus, as well as a bloodrush field.
Main Academic Building[]
This building contains most of the classrooms where classes take place. It also houses the administrative offices, an auditorium, a library, the cafeteria, an A.V. room, and the nurses office. The A.V. room is filled with crazy copper wires and weird glowing crystal screens all humming with arcane energy. There's also a weird gold gun camera thing, and a brass cooling engine for the crystal technology.
The library is a large room filled with big, towering columns of books. It contains ancient grimoires of magic, tomes of forgotten lore, and more. In the corner is the restricted section where books on dark majiks or particularly spicy (ie. sexy) books are kept. The section is roped off, but is situated by a doorway in a way that a book can be stolen from outside the library using Mage Hand. Books found in the library include: The Eons of Solace and A People's History of Fallinel, and in the restricted section, Watches and Wards and Abracadabra, Look at Me Now: My Life in Magic. The library does not keep newspapers or periodicals.
Bloodrush Field[]
Although the fantasy sport of Bloodrush is similar to typical American football, it does not take place on a grass field. Instead, it's made up of large stone blocks. It has a half-field line, and two endzones for scoring, but no goal posts.
As of the Bad Kids' sophomore year, a brand new bloodrush stadium has been built, as their last field had been the site of an attempted Hellmouth, and a battle ensued which cracked up the terrain.
Gymnasium[]
The gymnasium is separated from the main school building. It contains a sports court (?), a stage at the far end of the building, and rafters along the side walls, which are accessible by stairs. Out the main doors is a perfect view of KVX Bank.
Theater Building[]
It is a little worse for wear. Outside of the building is a statue of a dancing bard that has a full birds nest on its shoulder. Inside is a stage and audience seating. There is a back door only accessible by a key that the theater teachers have.

Trivia[]
- While they've certainly had deaths before, until the Bad Kids, they'd never had three on the same day, let alone the first day.
- Almost all living members of the faculty have been trapped in a palimpsest at one point during the night of the Prompocalypse.
- The school year starts on September 1st, as the ship the previous Oracle went down in sunk on August 31st and the first day of school was directly after.
- 3 Parts of the Aguefort Adventuring Academy, as seen in the DM Screen, were sold as part of the Dimension 20 Fantasy High Freshman Year Auction for $5,556, $1,011, and $1,601.
