Ana and Amelia Ortiz are the twin granddaughters of Alejandro Ortiz. They are studying to be wizards as a part of the Gramercy Occult Society, and as of New Years 2018, they are also vampires.

They were originally human but turned into vampires in Episode 17, when being mobbed by Robert Moses's vampire forces. Unlike David Kugrich, who chose to get cured of his Vampirism, they decided to stay vampires, using their magical abilities to not harm innocents.
In We Need to Talk About Cody, they have started to dress as casual-goths, no where near as intense as Cody Walsh. Cody gets quite excited to meet friendly vampires, though they seem uninterested in him, wondering about his actual knowledge of the arcane and wondering why he looks so pale.

The two are seen in Episode One after being injured in a fight with some Mutant Santas. They tell Alejandro and the party that the Santa's are not like normal.
They have also bought weed from Pete the Plug before. They are also noted to be somewhat friends with Kingston Brown, as Alejandro was Kingston's best friend.
