Archbishop Fettucina Alfredi is a Primogen of the Bulbian Church and a Chaplain of Pangranos. She, along with Chancellor Lapin Cadbury, are the two currently known "miracle workers" of the Bulbian Church.

Description[]
Fettucina is a very beautiful Ceresian woman. She has longer, flowing tresses of pasta hair and glowing white eyes. She wears a looser one-shoulder toga.
She is extremely accomplished and a very powerful person who, like Chancellor Lapin Cadbury, pretends to be touched by the power of the Bulb. Unlike Lapin, however, Fettucina derives her "powers" from powerful alchemy, some of which she uses to make her eyes glow. She is a very competent liar who knows how to lie to the right people in order to get where she wants. A large part of her deception and trickery involves blackmailing the powerful people of Calorum.

Fettucina supplied the water blades used by Sir Keradin Deeproot in his attempt to assassinate King Amethar.
Lapin's Big Day[]
Chancellor Lapin Cadbury follows Commander Constano Grissini and forty guards of the Imperial Guard to arrest Fettucina. Fettucina attempts to defend herself but runs from the guards before she is quickly captured and imprisoned with Keradin.
Later that night, Senator Augustus Ciabatta, Princess Jet Rocks, and Princess Ruby Rocks discover a hidden alchemist's lab that belonged to Fettucina. Ciabatta surmises Fettucina is nothing more than an accomplished liar who used her alchemical skills to pretend to be an accomplished Primogen of The Bulbian Church. Ciabatta, Jet, and Ruby discover that this lab was where Fettucina built the water daggers for Keradin and the solution that creates the illusory effect of her glowing eyes. There were also documents inside the lab that Fettucina was using to blackmail people and rise to power. Some of these documents that Fettucina had held information on Ceresia and on the Bulbian Church.
