Archbishop Oliver Onionpatch is a Primogen and archbishop of the Bulbian Church and serves as Chaplain of Greenhold.

Rescue at Buzzybrook[]
Oliver is present in Buzzybrook at the hanging of Duke Joren Jawbreaker. He sits inside a building scribbling inside a little book as he studies notes, written in mostly Ceresian, based off of Archbishop Fettucina Alfredi's research depicting terrifying monsters, alchemical constructions, and war engines. One of the pages also contains the schematics for the creation of a watersteel dagger.
Out of the darkness, Liam Wilhelmina shoots a crossbow bolt through the window, shattering it, and shoots two more into Oliver. He falls out of his chair, severely injured and shitting himself. Liam whispers a threat in ancient Bulbosi and shoots him twice more, terrifying the Archbishop to his core and causing him to beg the Bulb above for help. He aims a blast of fire out the window at his hidden attacker and sets the roof of the building on fire.
Liam climbs through the window, revealing that he's disguised himself as the Archbishop and demands answers. Oliver spills everything (including his bladder): the Pontifex, Imperator Ciabatta, and Lady Plumbeline Uvano are planning a meeting to devise a new Concord. Satisfied, Liam easily finishes him off.
