Description[]
He acts very cheery and nice when in his store but it is said that he has a deep sadness about him which is presumably about his inability to use his magic for anything but ice cream related wishes.
He owns an ice cream store near the highway and his store is used as a meetup spot in several episodes (Episode 5 and 9 being used as the opening scenes of decision making/exposition). It is also the setting for Gorgug and Zelda's cute ice cream date in Episode 13.
History[]
Near the beginning of the series, The Bad Kids wish for ice cream later and a running gag is when they would like to use said wish. The wish comes true in the final episode and the entire gymnasium in filled with ice cream following Kalvaxus's defeat.
In the epilogue, Adaine says that she helped free Basrar from his ice cream curse and made a thesis paper about the magic involved with that whole process.
In the first episode of Fantasy High Live, on Twitch, Kristen requests that Basrar join the Bad Kids as a hireling in their journey to find the Nightmare King's crown. He declines, saying that since he has been freed from his bondage he does not wish to again be in servitude, and that it would interfere with his bocce ball league.
