Questions Asked[]
- "What was it like coming back to physical sets after being away for so long, and did anything regarding your process for building out the sets for "Coffin Run" change compared to other seasons?"
- "Hey guys, absolutely amazed and loved every single thing you guys have done for this season. What was your favorite battle set to create? They all looked so fabulous."
- "There were so many editing flourishes this season, zoom ins to emphasize emotion and comedy, the first cross season flashback to clarify a reference, et cetera, and that's not even going into how wonderfully the battles were edited. What was it like editing this season and what inspired some of these choices?"
- "I loved the lighting design in the Dome, especially Dracula's silhouette. The addition of the lighting cues and the letter props made for such an immersive world experience as a viewer. I'd love to know how y'all thought through those elements, stellar season!"
- "Michael Schaubach, you've been responsible for directing so many seasons of Dimension 20 Show with such varied premises and tones and casts. How did you approach this season and working with Jasmine for the first time?"
- "D20 NPC art usually comes in full body illustrations like the PCs. This season, they were more portrait-like and only had their busts, a decision I loved. It helped the audience visualize the NPCs' appearance as much as the full body illustrations do while helping setting the scene by resembling framed, painted portraits. What inspired this decision? Also, this has been one of my favorite D20 art styles."
- "What inspired the season from the setting to the choice of antagonists and obstacles to the tone and specifics of the journey?"
- "What's everyone's favorite vampire influence?"
- "What's everyone's favorite thing from this season, whether it's a moment from the show, an editing choice, a piece of art, an element of the set design or something else entirely?"
- "If you were making a PC to be part of the Fang Gang, bleh, what archetypes tropes would inspire you and what would your "Coffin Run" persona, your coffin-sona be?"
