Central Park is a park in Manhattan, New York City. In The Unsleeping City, it is the location where Santa's Sleigh crashed in 'Start Spreading the News', and of the wedding of Angela Confetti and Ronald Pigeon.

Sofia and Kugrash first visit Central Park in 'Start Spreading the News', after Kugrash learns from the cockroaches Fred and Marty that Santa's sleigh has crashed there. They meet Lenny, the squirrel who loves to steal, who points them in the direction of the crash. They investigate the sleigh and Kugrash gnaws off a panel with a pixie glyph carved into it. After the fight with the Santa clones, everyone returns to Central Park with Santa, talk briefly to the cops, and then Santa takes the sleigh back to the North Pole.
Kug and Sofie return to the park in 'Pigeon Plus Ones' on the way to the Staten Island ferry, and meet Em, the angel of the Bethesda Fountain.
The next day the whole party returns to the park for the wedding of Angela Confetti and Ronald Pigeon, where they meet Don Confetti for the first time. Sofia also sees her brother Mario and begins to suspect that her family has something to do with the Confettis. The gang finds that Em is missing from the Bethesda Fountain, and rush down a manhole cover to save her.
Having defeated the Rat King, they return with Em to the fountain, which is cracked in half. Em flies off to look for a way to fix it and the rest of the party return to the wedding. They encounter Robert Moses with a group of vampires surrounding a young girl and making her do drugs for them. Robert also lets Pete know that he knows what happened with his father. Kugrash recognises Robert as someone he was aware of in the financial sector in the 80's, but Robert does not recognise him as a rat.
