The Cheese Marauders, or brie-gands, if you will, were a group of assassins who ambushed the party on the Sucrosi Road with the intentions of killing King Amethar.

The Cheese Marauders are a group of roughly a dozen citizens of the Dairy Islands who disguised themselves with meat, speaking poor Carnish as they ambush the party on the Sucrosi Road. The group consists of several archers, other rogue-ish attackers, and a leader, who gave the group an impressive tactical advantage at the start of every turn. They smell horrible, and the Taste Buds later learn that they are members of House Bleu.
