Cinnamon is the perfect horse. She is a gorgeous palomino with deep auburn rust fur and a shimmering mane of platinum gold.
Cinnamon is shown to have the ability to summon at least 6 other horses. The horses we see her summon are:
- Candyheart - ridden by Penny Luckstone
- Starforge - ridden by Ostentatia Wallace
- Alagonia - ridden by Antiope Jones
- Taffodil (a portmanteau of taffeta and daffodil) - ridden by Sam Nightingale
- Snowfire - ridden by Danielle Barkstock
- Strawberry Dancer - ridden by Zelda Donovan

During the flashback, Cinnamon is seen galloping in search of Katja as she is trapped in Kalvaxus' Lair.
On the first day of the school year, Cinnamon is in the stable, getting magical horseshoes fitted by Gertrude. After Katja's disappointing conversation with her dad, Cinnamon offers to take the scenic way to school.

Cinnamon accompanies Katja and the other Maidens to Bastion City. When they get to Slamburger, Cinnamon takes the top off the soda machine and starts eating the syrup packets.
