Coeliabranca is a beautiful human woman with an immaculately sculpted "Marie Antoinette" style updo. She wears a huge hoop skirt and long white gloves along with a white rabbit mask that is just from the nose up and ears of a white rabbit on a long silver wand that she holds in front of her face. She is incredibly socially savvy and works for Talcidimir Tallbreeze on The Rombosa as the majordomo.
