Don Avaricci is the manifestation of greed in Mentopolis and is not dissimilar from Mark Bition, but is a bit more private sector.

History[]
After his partnership with Mark Bition is revealed to the public and Bition is arrested, Don Avaricci decides to find a new partner in Dan Fucks. He makes a plan to have Dan become mayor under his thumb, and to use his control over the conscious mind to make Elias Hodge sell the schematics for the Psychometer to Gobstobber Industries' rivals. The one person that could interfere with his complete domination over Mentopolis is Conrad Schintz, who he asks Dan to help him kill. Dan however, realizes that being a good person can bring even more pleasure to Mentopolis than becoming rich by selling a mind control device to the highest bidder and betrays Avaricci. Avaricci sends his gangsters to attack the Prefrontal PIs, but he is knocked unconscious by the Fix.

Don Avaricci's name is a play on the word "avarice", meaning "greed".
