Corbin is a commoner, having grown up poor. This had previously driven a wedge between Constance and Squire Badger.

History[]

Corbin was very much not in on the plan to fake their deaths. After Squire Badger was murdered, The plan continued to be pulled off separately by Lucretia and Cottonbottom, causing Constance and Corbin to be kidnapped and their deaths faked. They were later found alive but bound and gagged in the boat house by Lucretia.
