The Bad Kids find a letter addressed to Ellarian from Goldenhoard. In this letter, Goldenhoard asks Mr Fallowglade if he can make some cats and owls to hunt down Zayn Darkshadow's rat familiar, Edgar, presumably because he was a witness to Zayn's death. These owls and cats failed in their mission however only ever managing to kill Fig's illusion of a Sexy Rat. It is unclear whether Mr Fallowglade is actually evil or just a pawn in Goldenhoard's scheme.
