Epona Cirillo is a centaur police officer that works for the NYPD of the Unsleeping City.

Apperance[]
Epona is a centaur with pale skin, brown hair and a brown coat. She is seen wearing a blue constable jacket and hat, dark blue shirt and black tie.
To normal civilians, she appears as a standard New York horse cop.
Personality[]
At first, she appears to be a stern but fair police officer. She is familiar with Kingston and other people of the Unsleeping City, and knows that most people cannot see her true appearance.
In Subway Skirmish, she appears to be an adversary to Nod, as she ends up fighting the party. Whether she was always working against the party or was recently turned against them is still unknown; however, she now wears a crooked onyx badge. She uses this badge to summon the ghosts of corrupt officers, which aid her in combat.
She is eventually killed when Kugrash unleashes a wave of rats onto her, destroying both her body and the badge.
