Hotel Cavalier Concierge Cambion - Deceased Leader of the demons bound to the Hotel Cavalier. Unhelpful hotel concierge disguised as an Air Genasi. Revealed to be a demon working with Kalina who attempts to sacrifice Riz to allow Kalina to pass through the boundary into the Forest of the Nightmare King.

Hotel Cavalier Staff Vrocks and Barlguras - Deceased Demons bound to the Hotel Cavalier. Worked with Kalina to attempt to sacrifice Riz to allow Kalina to pass through the boundary into the Forest of the Nightmare King.

Zaphriel Angel (planetar) - Alive Planetar trapped inside a sapphire, found in bag of gems in the coat room of the Hotel Cavalier. Currently possesses Gorgug's van.

Runce Buggins Unknown - Alive Police Commissioner of Bastion City. In a complex relationship with Detective Decker and victim of Fig's catfishing.

Leviathan

	Jamina Joy Warforged - Alive Boatswain of Leviathan. Oversees maintenance and is one of the few things in the city that actually works like it's supposed to.
	Alistair Ash Tiefling - Deceased (devil) Young warlock of Bill Seacaster, idolizes Fabian. Fabian leaves him to die during a fight against Captain James Whitclaw. Becomes an intern for Bill Seacaster in Hell.
	Garthy O'Brien Half-Orc Aasimar Famous pirate and businessman of the Gold Gardens. They trade in a lot of fine goods, especially magical items, and are known for their ability to break curses. Descends from Zajiri Celestials. Raised by the previous incarnation of Ayda and, in turn, raised her current incarnation.
	Captain James Whitclaw Mindflayer - Deceased Captain of the Crimson Claw, scorned rival to Bill Seacaster. Killed by Gorgug.
	Chungledown Bim Gnome - Alive One of Bill Seacaster's warlock followers, has a beard made of 6 moustaches and a varied and interesting array of teeth. Fierce enemy of Fabian and declares that he'll shit in Fabian's mouth.
	Old Young Benjamin Bandarlog - Alive One of Bill Seacaster's warlock followers and best friend of Alistair Ash. He's the son of Old Benjamin and is older then Young Benjamin.
	Creaky McBarrel Aarakocra - Deceased One of Bill Seacaster's warlock followers. Gives an inspiring speech to the rest of the warlocks.
	Ayda Aguefort Half-Pheonix - Alive Creator and librarian of the Compass Points Library on Leviathan. Arthur Aguefort's daughter and Fig's paramour.
	Rawlins Human - Alive Extremely old pirate wizard. Works the front desk at the Compass Points Library. If his book of pirate spells is removed, he is reduced to a pile of bones. Has eaten 42 parrots, and running is all he's good for. Reduced to a pile of bones after Adaine took his book of pirate spells, and put back together by Ayda.

Fallinel

Kir High Elf - Unknown Young divination wizard and member of the Court of Stars. Worked with Angwyn at Calethriel Tower and aided in the capture and imprisonment of Aelwyn and Adaine. Banished by Ayda.

Fathethriel High Elf - Alive One of the elf teens in Kei Lumennura. Had a one night stand with Ragh. Became Fig's greatest enemy after tricking her and allowing Aelwyn to escape with Gorthalax.

Fire Elemental Fire Elemental - Alive Imprisoned in a pylon to protect Calethriel Tower, freed by Fabian. Resides in Fabian's Elven Battle Sheet. Saves Riz from falling into the mist in The Forest of the Nightmare King.

Green Men Nature Constructs - Deceased Automaton-like beings made of nature and magic. Obeys the commands of the High Elves of Fallinel.

Arborly

Grover Tillythatch Gnome - Alive Venue executive who worked with Fig and invited her to stay in Holly Hill, his house in Arborly. Known to have little to no respect for tax laws, having parties at his house pretty much makes you Robin Hood.

Grafmy Rootdrinker Gnome - Deceased Powerful druid who gave their life to reclaim Arborly from The Forest of the Nightmare King.

Nuathera Fox - Alive Former familiar of Grafmy Rootdrinker. Now leads of an encampment of wood elves who protect the town of Arborly after Grafmy's sacrifice.

Mira Silverbow Wood Elf - Alive Ranger who protects Arborly and dislikes outsiders. Mentored by Nuathera.

Killian Wood Elf - Deceased Worked for Arianwen while she stayed in the Owl and Harp Tavern. Later killed and used as part of a ritual to allow passage to the Forest of the Nightmare King. Destroyed by Fig.

Crumpkin Springbill Gnome - Alive Pumpkin shaped, shiny headed, moustachioed gnome that shows Gorgug, Fabian and Ragh around the Tinkerers Hall. He shows them the list of supplies that Arianwen bought for the ritual, and then sells the same ingredients to them, including two large blocks of dusk moss incense.

Polly Pullypad Gnome - Alive Gnome tinkerer with ornithopter wings who adds springs to Gorgug's boots and helps him work on his crystal. She also identifies Fig's Infaethable Bass for her.

Osmond Wobbletrouble Gnome - Alive Bearded gnome who works on Gorgug's boots and crystal.

Zoseph Biddybottle Gnome - Alive Lead metallurgist gnome. Wears a helmet with a magnet on it, surrounded by buzzing metal orbs. Designed and helped to build Gorgug's Heavy Metal Axe.

Marta Gnome - Alive Electrician gnome with an enormous lightning-streaked sphere of hair, wearing a bandolier with alchemical stone batteries. Pitched an alternative to Gorgug's axe which could cast spells and shoot lightning.

The Nine Hells

	Vraz the Mean Erinyes - Alive Executor appointed to the Dominion of Avernus, archsecretary to Blozo the Undiminished, Regnant of Sloth. Led the tribunal to investigate Gorthalax's infernal negligence in administering his domain in Hell. Has a problem.
	Kaistrana the Chained Chain Devil - Alive Vaguely humanoid figure under a massive pile of chains. Co-juror in Gorthalax's trial.
	Lorzug the Impaled Devil - Alive Naked, bone thin, translucent, screaming person, impaled on a giant spike. Co-juror in Gorthalax's trial.
	Johnny Spells Tiefling - Deceased Roiling in flame with glowing red veins. Fighting on the behalf of The Nine Hells and Vraz the Mean after being released from his warlock bonds. Tries to reclaim The Hangman. Thrown off The Goldenrod after a broadside.
	Johnny Spells's Gang Tieflings - Deceased Greasers fighting on the behalf of The Nine Hells and Vraz the Mean after being released from their warlock bonds.
	Penelope Everpetal Human - Deceased Former Aguefort mean girl, defeated at prom. Now fights on the behalf of The Nine Hells. Destroyed and thrown off The Goldenrod by Fabian.
	Dayne Blayde Human - Deceased Former Aguefort jock, defeated at prom. Now fights on the behalf of The Nine Hells. Shocked that he's been in Hell for almost a year. Decapitated by Gorgug.
	Coach Daybreak Human - Deceased Former Aguefort coach and religious extremist, shot and killed by Riz. Now fights on the behalf of The Nine Hells. Wields a silver halberd. His punishment is to never understand why he's in Hell. Destroyed by Fig.
	Scarecrow Havestmen Humans - Deceased Four dead Harvestmen who became scarecrows with burning burlap sack heads after dying and entering The Nine Hells. Fight on the behalf of The Nine Hells. Destroyed by Kristen.

Heaven

Plane of Bytopia

Fitz Hound Archon - Alive Commander of the Lower Planar Reconnaissance Task Force, hires Riz to do some part-time reconnaissance work on the material plane.

Isosceles Lantern Archon - Alive Bizarre fractal image of an angel that can't be beheld by mortals. Resides in a gleaming white void through a pure white door. Able to summon infinite shelves full of relics and magic items to fill the void. Gave Riz his Heaven Spy Gadgets.

Plane of Elysium

Galicaea Deity - Alive Goddess of the Moon. Worshiped by Tracker, various other werewolves, and high elves in Fallinel.

Sol Deity - Alive God of the Sun. Helio's father. Disappointed in Kristen, got knocked out by Arthur Aguefort one time.

Helio Deity - Alive God of corn. Punched in the face by Kristen.

Spirit Guardians Spirits - Some Alive, Some Deceased Kristen's spirit guardians. They change form as Kristen's faith changes. Went from phantasmal academic religious authors, to spectral philosophy students, then to ghostly post-graduate philosophy majors. Came from Sol and were barred from helping Kristen after she turned her back on the Helioic faith for good. Created the Staff of Doubt for Kristen.

Sylvaire

	The Nightmare King Deity - Unmade Rose to power 850 years ago and cursed the forest of Sylvaire. Created after the Unnamed Goddess's name was destroyed. Unmade by Kristen after she awoke Cassandra.
	Kalina Familiar (Tabaxi, Plague) - Deceased Former familiar of the Unnamed Goddess, now the servant/familiar of The Nightmare King. Unmade by Riz and dispelled by Aelwyn.
	Cassandra Deity - Alive Goddess of mystery. Looks like a humanoid sculpted out of glass reflecting a starry sky. Wears a black and indigo tie dye shirt and shorts.
	Landrin Lier Wood Elf - Deceased Worked as a healer for the Third Court, the secret service of Fallinel. Executed as a zealot for spreading a plague to Fallinel and pretending to be a cleric of Galicaea while actually working for The Nightmare King.
	The Great Unicorn Skeletal Unicorn - Deceased Undead member of the Court of Elders, the oldest of the unicorns and passively revered by the other unicorns as a kind of demigod. Had not been seen since The Nightmare King rose to power but its skeleton rests in the temple of the Unnamed Goddess. Kills Kristen and Adaine. Banished by Aelwyn.
	Court of Elders Wood Elf Wood Elf - Deceased Rotting wood elf riddled with disease. Undead member of the Court of Elders. Killed by Fabian.
	Court of Elders Sprite Sprite - Deceased Sprite with paper-like skin. Undead member of the Court of Elders. Killed by Kristen.
	Court of Elders Centaur Centaur - Deceased Rotting wood and stone statue of a centaur with a loose jaw, no eyes, and regular teeth. Undead member of the Court of Elders. Killed by Sandra Lynn.
	Court of Elders Treant Treant - Deceased Massive treant bound with iron bands. Undead member of the Court of Elders. Killed by Sandra Lynn.
	Baron from the Baronies Nightmare Being - Destroyed Goblin-shaped extraplanar mannequin. Riz's pretend romance partner made real by nightmare magic and lies. Banished by a little shrimp after Riz proves that his friends love him.
