The Food Constructs, also known as Bread Golems, are monsters alchemically animated by the Bulbian Church. They consist of one giant corn monster (cutie), and three animated Ceresian statues.

After the arrest of Archbishop Alfredi, Senator Ciabatta (assisted by Princess Jet Rocks and Princess Ruby Rocks) stole her notes from her hideout.

Giant Corn Monster
Before the events of this episode, Senator Ciabatta gives Alfredi's research to the Bulbian Church, who continue and expand upon her work, creating the Food Constructs. It is unknown if they created any other Constructs, or if any of the Constructs remain.
