Within the world of Calorum, weapons are not made of the typical metals, but different kinds of food steel. Known variations include:
Baconsteel[]
The Cheese Marauders that attacked the Taste Buds on the Sucrosi Road wielded baconsteel weapons.
Watersteel[]
Pure water is a poisonous substance in Calorum. Through a similar process that is used to create milk silk, water can be turned into watersteel, which can be used to create daggers and other weapons. The daggers are only single-use and dissolve once used on somebody. Watersteel daggers can also be alchemically enchanted to become even more lethal and impart special effects and conditions. These effects can be partially avoided through successful DC 15 Constitution saving throws (typically 3 at a time). Known effects of watersteel dagger effects include:
- 4d6 poison damage/8d6 to Candians or half as much on a successful save
- Poisoned condition
- Silenced condition
- Paralyzed condition (potentially)
Eggplantsteel[]
Eggplant steel daggers are wielded by Darren “Dishless” Quichéi in the Ravening war.
Cheesesteel[]
Cheesesteel was used by House Bleu to scuttle the Colby, causing her to sink into the Yogurt Shoals.
