Fructera is the fruit kingdom in Calorum. While the party is in Fructera, the Dome is lit up from top to bottom, orange, yellow, and green.

Description

Fructera is a very wealthy nation with a lot of trade, similar to a Renaissance Italy, Spain or France. It’s also where Comida, the capital of Calorum is, where a lot of trade within the continent takes place. They're devout to the Bulbian Church enough to trade with Vegetanians, but not so devout that they can't trade with Meatlanders, and put a lot of emphasis on trade and diplomacy. Their native language is Fructerano.

The land is filled with orchards of fruit trees and beautiful rolling melon hills. It smells sweet, but in a different way than Candia. It's a deep, earthy sweetness.

The Sucrosi Road from Candia meets with the Glucian Road and continues down to the capital. This is the route the Taste Buds take in their caravan.

They drink juice most often.

Government and Religion

Fructera was most recently ruled by Lady Plumbeline of House Uvano. When her father, Gustavo Uvano, abdicated his throne to become Concordant Emperor. It is unknown as to who took the throne after her death.

Fructera doesn't have a monarchy, but a complex consortium of Noble Houses that rule through an orchestrated bloc of alliances, kind of an aristocratic bureaucracy.

The Concord

After the Ravening War, the sovereign ruler of Fructera, Gustavo Uvano, founded the Concord. He became the Concordant Emperor and was able to place the capital, Comida, within Fructera. As a result, their language, Fructerano, became Calorum's Lingua Franca, mostly because of Fructera's incredible wealth and mercantile endeavors across Calorum.
