Sandra Lynn Faeth and Jawbone O'Shaughnessey buy Mordred Manor off of Gulsom since he is the only home owner who was okay with Jawbone being a werewolf.

Before the residents of Mordred Manor leave to Fallinel on vacation, they video call Gulsom, who is housesitting for them.

As the Bad Kids are exploring the pocket dimension version of Mordred Manor created by Baron in Riz Gukgak's suitcase, they are confronted by an illusion of Gulsom in Adaine Abernant's room. Kristen Applebees eventually casts Banishment on him and seals the dream version of Gulsom in anothe dimension.
