High Priestess Hib-Hob is the high priestess of the Clock Gnomes. She resides in the central chapel to clocks and clockwork in Grand Central Terminal and takes care of the religious artifacts.

High Priestess Hib-Hob has a round, cute face covered in warts. She wears goggles and glasses with swivelling lenses, a big peasants gown and smock, and leather work gloves.
She takes care of the religious artefacts of the clock gnomes including the Big Book of Bits and Bobbins. She eats mechanical parts and doesn't drink enough oil.
