Hobbert and Frod are two trolls who guard the door to Zaul'Nazh's chamber.

Description[]
Hobbert and Frod are Trolls, between 10 to 12 foot long, as they scrape their heads against the ceiling of the lower hold of the Siren. Big and hulking and not very smart, but they seem to have a soft spot for things that are pretty and delicate.
History[]
Welcome to the Dark Side[]
Hobbert and Frod are in the antechamber of the throne room, guarding the door, when the council of the Lieutenants is called. They inquire if the forces of darkness will move into the lands of the forces of light once the war is over; they've heard of grass, trees, and golden grain. They really want to have a picnic and tea cups.
Hobert is made to fetch Master Privo.
They seem none the wiser to Zaul'Nazh dying in the chamber behind them and easily believe the lies told to them.
The Caged Elf and the Crown[]
The two are still guarding the throne room when the Bloodkeep starts to fall apart. They become distraught and go to tell Olag when the Lieutenants break down the door.
Airship Ambush[]
They burst from the undercarriage of the zeppelin into the underside of the Siren.
The two go falling down towards the volcano along with the Lieutenants and several of the forces of light.
The Tomb of Ultimate Evil[]
Next time we see them is in the Tomb, fighting against the Lieutenants. They both die in this battle: Hobbert is impaled through the heart by Leiland, and Frod falls into the void as the Bloodkeep was shaking.
