Imelda Pulse is a femme fatale in Mentopolis. She is played by Siobhan Thompson. She is a representation of Impulse and her name is a play on this.
Description[]
Shrouded in mystery but reeks of old money, she wears a stunning red velvet coat and a cloche hat. She is bubbly in personality and in person with her outfits and hair seemingly made of bubbles. Though she had a clear head, arms and legs so she isn't entirely made of bubbles just adorned with them. She wears makeup and had a beauty mole on her left cheek.

Imelda is a daughter of the incredibly wealthy Pulse family, who are old money in Cortex City from before the brain even existed. As a member of this family she holds a key to the synaptic switchboards of Cerebral Pacific, allowing her to speak directly to the big guy as a voice in his head bypassing the bureaucracy of the mind all together. She does this to make the big guy pick up the file with all the research he has done. She is cousins with Anastasia Tension who is also reported to have one of these keys. She has a nephew that she dislikes.
