Background[]
As a count, Cabbage was considered one of the storied higher nobles of note during the power vacumn caused by the death of King Arthur Cardoon. History[]
The Ravening War[]
Count Cabbage is one of the nobles attending the Festival of Saint Eggamere in Comida. While sneaking around Comida's underbelly, Karna Solara learns he is a person of interest. When Count Jacques Tomaté claims his right to the crown, Cabbage is the first to denounce it, saying that the throne of Vegetania will be chosen by Vegetanians. This divide incites the Ravening War.
After Cabbage is ultimately crowned King of Vegetania, Princess Citrina of House Rocks comes to him in an attempt to broker peace. However, she is instead martyred in the streets. Her death prompts Cabbage to reach out to the current ruler of Fructera, King Uvano, and, for the first time since the very beginning of the war, the two nations decide to stop fighting right before the king removes Vegetania from the Ravening War completely.
