King Charles was a King of England, presumably deceased, a statue of whom can be found in the village of Tufting Meadows. It can be assumed he is a reference to King Charles II of England, who gave his name to King Charles Spaniels, or King Charles I of England, whose supporters were commonly known as Cavaliers.
Description[]
King Charles is a Cavalier Spaniel with a long muzzle, fluffy ears, and a wet nose. His statue in Tufting Meadows is depicted wearing dapper boots, and a fencing sabre by his side.
