King Jadain was the father of Amethar, and reigning king of Candia before Amethar inherited the throne.

Description[]
Jadain was a shiny green, but not quite translucent, lime hard candy. He is a slim man and has a mustache. The crown to Candia was too big for him and never sat well on his head, but didn't want to complain to get it resized. His son, Amethar, describes him as weak.
History[]
Jadain was the ruler of Candia at the start of the Ravening War. Throughout the war, Jadain sought ways to avoid participating in the conflict. He would not uphold Candia's alliances during the war to aid the Dairy Islands.
Jadain died a few months after the end of the Ravening War. People believed that the immense grief of losing his four daughters and his wife is what led to his death.
Trivia[]
- As part of House Rocks, his name is probably a reference to rock candy.
