Lowell Masters is a New York City resident who is notable for making numerous trips to St. Owen's Hospital. He likes to collect various artifacts and sell them for some money. However, he likes to use the artifacts he finds as a means of pleasure.

Description[]
Lowell is an older man, perhaps in his 50s or 60s. He is balding, with grey hair and a mustache, and typically wears a polo shirt with khakis.
Chapter I[]
He is first seen in Episode 1. At first, he is too afraid to admit it, but after going to St. Owen's 4 times with the same problem, Kingston recommends he sees a therapist and says to him "ain't nothing wrong with being kinky" in an attempt to make him feel at ease. This seems to lift a spiritual weight off of his shoulder and make him feel better.
Later in Episode 13, it is revealed that the bronze eagle statue he had up his ass in the first episode was an incredibly potent magical artifact called the Sardianian Eagle. Kingston, Kugrash and Rowan go to Lowell's apartment to ask for the eagle but find out he sold it to Buddy, the shit elemental. We also learn that after his talk with Kingston, he began seeing the Unsleeping City, and discovered that he could cast the Identify spell with his rectum.
