Description[]
Madam Silvaine is a dramatic, elderly, posh, Victorian-esque half-elf who spent her life studying the craft of fashion. She wears a hoop skirt that has over 35lbs of material goods in it, including a full ham and a cigarette holder with a cigarette made of Halfling weed and dragon spice for when she cuts loose at the end of the day. She regularly clothes the Seacaster family.

She is first introduced as the Bad Kids visit the Gilded Coin for Adaine's makeover. She fits her with the Jacket Of Useful Things and a few other more casual garments.
