Mayor Leon Logic is the mayor of Mentopolis. He is posing as the embodiment of logic, but he is actually Frank Freeze, the embodiment of the Freeze response.

Background[]
Leon Logic has instilled a prohibition in Mentopolis, outlawing oxytocin until Elias Hodge is able to make a break through and his hard work pays off.
History[]
The Big Guy[]
Mayor Logic comes out on the City Hall balcony after Norrell Ojiccle is murdered at Cerebell Pacific to announce that telecommunications are down and all messages must be delivered by hand. He also announces that upon Elias Hodge receiving praise from his boss, ordinances banning oxytocin would be lifted and festivities would ensue.
Grappling With Death[]
Imelda Pulse, Conrad Schintz, and Anastasia Tension crash a squad car into City Hall and have a talk with Leon Logic in which they discover that he is actually Ivana Popov's brother Frank Freeze.
