Background[]
A while back, Ylfa strayed from the path on her way to visit her grandmother, despite her mom warning her against this (as she believed this to be solely a time saving thing, and not a warning against danger), something bad happened to Ylfa due to this, which caused her mother to think she had died. When Ylfa turned up at their cottage again, her mother accused her of being a wolf. Ylfa denied it, and begged to be let in, saying that she was afraid and she was sorry she disobeyed her mother, but her mother continued to insist that she was dead and that the wolf was just an expert at pretending to be other people. Ylfa continued to beg, telling her that she wasn't not sure what she'll do to try to get in if the door wasn't opened. She could hear her mother talking about calling "The Woodsman", and Ylfa angrily responded that the Woodsman never comes. Ylfa's Mom then pretended to let Ylfa in, but instead set up a trap which fired a silver dagger into her arm, while her family attempted to run out the back. Before they managed to, Ylfa became incredibly angry at the deception, growing in size, flipping their table, and demanding to know why, if they thought she was dead, she had never received a funeral or a tombstone. She then heard a voice from the forest telling her to breathe, causing her to accidentally blow her family away into the sky, and to question what has been done to her.
Relationships[]
Ylfa Snorgelsson[]
Ylfa's mother used to tell her that she had to make more age appropriate friends, and also to not stray from the path while visiting her grandmother. Ylfa disobeyed this rule, causing something bad to happen to her to make her mom believe that she was dead. When she came back, her mother refused to let her in, and then pretended to, if only to set a trap to try and kill the monster which she believed was wearing Ylfa's skin. Ylfa became angry, and therefore violent, before accidentally blowing her Mom and her siblings away into the sky.
