These clones are mutated, zombie-like beings. Most of them are harmless and will just wander around in what appears to be the SantaCon pub crawl. To the mortal citizens of New York City, they appear to be a bunch of drunk people from Hoboken dressed in Santa costumes. They die naturally in a few weeks.
History[]
Every year, in order for Santa Claus to deliver gifts to everyone in the world in one night, he clones himself millions of times. However, even with the best arcane equipment available and the best spell casting, not every single clone is gonna turn out great. A week or two before Christmas, Santa drops these defective clones off in New York City, where the Umbral Arcana keeps them from being truly seen by the mortal citizens of the city.
The members of the Gramercy Occult Society round them up to be incinerated, or held until they die, depending on how people feel.
