Old Granny Pom was planned to be Anjali Bhimani's backup character in The Ravening War.
Had Anjali played her, Old Granny Pom would've been the pomegranate woman taking care of Amangeaux's child.[1]
She would've been a member of House Pomegrana, the same house that Queen Pamelia was born into.[1]

According to Anjali, "[Old Granny Pom] has lived a wonderful life. She's had her kids, they've gone away, her husband's passed away, and now she's just decided to live out her retirement having fun. … She ran a little apothecary outside of town where she would give out potions and just mess with people's heads."[1]
