The Owlbears are Aguefort Adventuring Academy's bloodrush team.
Bloodrush[]
In the nation of Solace, bloodrush is an incredibly popular sport that holds a similar status to American football in typical modern US high schools. The exact rules are unknown, but it seems to be a combination of American football and normal football:
- The game is played between two teams of about a dozen players
- The playing field is approximately 140 feet long, which is 1/2 as long as a standard football field
- The field is made of stone tiles and has a half-field line in the middle and two scoring zones at either end
- During the game, players run around and throw a ball to each other in order to score
- Players receive red and white letterman jackets that showcase that they're on the team (though these jackets can apparently be purchased prior to actually making the team)
