"You're my best friend in the whole world!" ― Ox, having been summoned for the first time by Ricky

Ox is Ricky's steed, a beautiful Dalmatian made of light. He helps Ricky by running alongside him to increase his speed, and fights with him in battles where he is able to do damage and knock enemies prone.

He can never die, because you can never kill hope, and also because he is made of light. Despite this, Sofia spends a good portion of the fight in Subway Skirmish deliberately putting herself in harms way to protect Ox, because he is such a good boy.

Ox is mechanically Ricky's steed, flavored to be a Dalmatian to correspond with Ricky's history as a firefighter. Since Dalmatians are a little too small for grown adults to ride, Ricky's mounted travel on Ox is flavored as them running side-by-side.
His mini was sold as part of the Dimension 20 The Unsleeping City Auction for $1,901
In Chapter II of the Unsleeping City, Ox does not speak.
