Panic at the Art Show is the tenth episode of season 3, The Unsleeping City.

"Last we left off, we learned that after a wild adventure in the land of Nod, our intrepid heroes learned of the Golden Door, of paragons of dream, of the infection at the heart of the golden door, of the death of Dale, Sofia's husband. And Pete. Coming into his own at the Metropolitan Museum of Dreams and finally ascending and mastering the powers of the Vox Phantasma. Phantasma for life. At a terrible art party, Pete's ex has just attempted to use the trauma of their co-dependent relationship to launch a very horrible performance art piece where they would interrogate each other about the harm they had done to each other, Pete was not having it. However, Isabella Infierno has shown up here with a party assembled and Ricky Matsui smells fire."
Synopsis[]
Sofia curses Isabella and attacks her. She is affected by the smoke and flames around her. Isabella is left stunned but disappears. Misty inspires Pete and terrifies Priya and her art crowd with fears that their trust funds are going to be cut off.
Kugrash turns into an ape and smashes a spigot on the water tower which extinguishes some of the fire. Priya sees the fire and freaks out even more. Some artsy devils appear bringing more fire with them, killing a random bystander. Ricky is attacked and burned. Priya is knocked unconscious. Ricky orders everyone out of the building and conjures water to put out the fire. Ox joins the right. Kingston summons spiritual New Yorkers to his aid. Pete grabs Priya and tries to carry her. Sofia tries to smash through the burned bit of roof first by herself then with a toilet, to no effect.
Misty is hit and gets internal bleeding, she fails to drive Isabella mad. Kugrash enlarges three spiders to assist him and has them make an escape chute from the roof to the alley. They all start ushering people to the rooftop escape route. Misty finds and reanimates Willy. Taunting them after a failed banishment attempt, Isabella reveals that she stole Santa's list and is going to marry Robert Moses. Sofia beats her enough that she teleports to another part of the house. They manage to damage the water tower to the point where it collapses and extinguishes most of the fire.
Willy smashes one of the doors giving another escape route. After the combined effects of a lightning bolt from Kingston, and attacks from Ricky and Sofia, Isabella is dispatched.
Willy says bad things are moving against the city. They search for Santa's List, but can't find it. They realise this was a trap, but Priya wasn't in on it. Kugrash moves in with Wally.
