Pete's Medical Bracelet is a magical bracelet that was owned by Pete the Plug after his surgery that awaken his power when he was chosen to become the Vox Phantasma by Nod.
Description[]
Pete's Medical Bracelet appears to look like an ordinary medical bracelet that Pete wears on his wrist that lists his name and primary doctor with the exception of a little happy face button on it. It demarks a person's station as the chosen representative of Nod, the Sixth Borough much like the Eternal Token is used for the Vox Populi.
According to Alejandro Ortiz, it is Pete's source of power and what gives him his unique connection to the dreaming realm.
