There are currently twenty-three seasons of Dimension 20. While it all started with the Fantasy High Universe, seasons will generally alternate between Intrepid Heroes campaigns and Side Quests, with the most recent season/campaign (Misfits and Magic Season 2) airing its first episode on September 25th, 2024.
Intrepid Heroes seasons are typically 16-18 episodes long and are played by a recurring cast (called the Intrepid Heroes) consisting of Emily Axford, Zac Oyama, Siobhan Thompson, Lou Wilson, Ally Beardsley, and Brian "Murph" Murphy. Side quests are shorter, around 4-10 episodes, and involve a rotating cast, often consisting of one or two members of the CollegeHumor cast, and three to four guests, though Misfits and Magic, The Seven, Pirates of Leviathan and Dungeons and Drag Queens didn’t follow this convention.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pirates of Leviathan, The Unsleeping City: Chapter II and Mice and Murder were filmed remotely for the safety of all cast and crew members.
So far, the Dungeon Master role has been performed by Brennan Lee Mulligan (in most campaigns), Aabria Iyengar (Misfits and Magic, A Court of Fey & Flowers, Burrow's End), Gabe Hicks (Shriek Week), Jasmine Bhullar (Coffin Run) and Matthew Mercer (The Ravening War).
