Description[]

Rusty is an older fellow who is particularly sweet to Ox. He is one of a couple of people at Helping Hands who both use the services there and also donate and volunteer their time there.

Heaven and Hell on Earth[]

Rusty is first introduced as Tasha Keane, the director at the Helping Hands Homeless Outreach Center mentions to Ricky Matsui that he's there and would like to say hello to Ox. Ricky obliges and responds with "Rust the Man" when Rusty greets him as "Rick the Man". He apologizes for not being around recently, as he's been busy lately. As he continues petting Ox, he gets a distant look in his eyes and explains that there used to be a rat who would help him. Ricky confirms that there did used to be a rat, and he was big and gross, but helpful. The rat's not around anymore, but there are other people to help now. Feeling vindicated, he helps Ricky close up that day.
