History[]
Ruthie is first introduced as a card game at her private card house enters its tenth hour. Among the players are Aglet, Storm Drain Sonny, Rick Diggins, and Agnes. She acts as the dealer for the game before Garbanzo Buglass and his gang enters the bar on the first floor, and Ruthie leaves to deal with them.
