He, along with fellow attendant, Claete, are present at the party held by Prince Apollo during the Bloom.

Lady Chirp Featherfowl

During Apollo's party, Lady Chirp holds several African Grey parrots. When she and her go off to speak privately, Chirp leaves her parrots there. In response, Lord Squak polymorphs Ruyin a second time; this time, into a catfish. In case any of the birds vomit on the floor, catfish Ruyin, being a "bottom feeder," would clean/eat it up.

Claete

Claete is the other servant attending to Yarl Korguf during Prince Apollo's party.

Lord Squak Airavis

When he and his cousin first arrive at Apollo's party, Squak polymorphs Ruyin into a mudskipper, yelling, "The Lords of the Wing are here!" Squak then chases him around the room, commanding him to run, and throwing various objects around the room (for example, a bust) at him as a joke. At least two of them hit Ruyin in the head (leaving him with half a hit point) before he is turned back into a person. Squak then exclaims, "Yarl, my bad."

Later, when Chirp decides to leave her African Greys away from a private conversation she and Squak are about to have, Squak once again polymorphs the poor attendant, this time into a catfish in order to clean up/eat and vomit the birds produce. After he and Chirp are done talking, he throws Ruyin out the now shattered window. He turns back into a person after falling several stories and taking a bunch of damage.

Yarl Korguf

Yarl is Ruyin's lord in the Court of Stone. At Apollo's party, Yarl finds Squak's trick of polymorphing Ruyin into a mudskipper and chasing him around hilarious.
