Scoot is a scrappy little mouse kid with a sewing pin strapped to his back and a traveler's backpack.
History[]
Scoot is first introduced as he approaches the card table where Agnes and Rick Diggins are gambling. He brings her a fresh cigarette and tells her about a guy trapped under a rock or branch outside in the drainage ditch. She thanks him and tells him to get two shots of whiskey, on her. He happily skips away to get drunk.
