Sir Morris is an armored Dairy knight.
Background[]
Sir Morris fought in the Ravening War alongside King Amethar. Amethar watched him piss and shit in trenches, as he has with many of his war buddies. Sir Morris, however, was witness to Amethar pissing and shitting fully out of a trench in a dead sprint.

Sir Morris Brie is first introduced when Manta Ray Jack leaps onto King Amethar as he exits his carriage in Comida. He peels Jack off and has his own, much more subdued reunion with Amethar.
Amethar later approaches him to ask about the attack by the Cheese Marauders on the Sucrosi Road. He approaches as a friend, following the usual course of action by bringing up that they saw each other piss and shit in trenches during the war. Sir Morris recounts the time he witnessed Amethar shit mid-sprint.
Sir Morris commends Amethar's skill at taking down a whole dozen of them without losing a single soldier, and jokes that if the Dairy Islands had indeed sent them, they surely would have sent more than twelve. He goes on to explain that the Islands have been struggling ever since the end of the war, due in part by House Cheddar's heir, Captain Annabelle Cheddar, refusing to marry and therefore forfeiting her place on the throne. There's not a child in the Dairy Islands who doesn't know how much is owed to Candia for their aid during the war. When Manta Ray Jack joins them to tease Amethar, Sir Morris shakes his head, and they wander off to get drinks together.

On the Colby ship, Sir Morris Brie attends the marriage of Primsy and Stilton. Below deck he receives a message in Lacra from an unknown source (Ruby) that tells him that Manta Ray Jack is held captive in the Cathedral of Saint Arugula.

On arriving in the city of Port Syrup, Amethar comes across a body partially fused to the door of a church Cinnamon has burnt down. Upon investigation, Amethar uncovered the sigil of the Dairy Islands on the skeleton's breastplate and realised that the skeleton was Sir Morris Brie.
