Speck is a skinny Mayfly who wears makeshift wool beanie. He's a fairy dust dealer in Trash City and he often frequents the Noodle Bar. He is very gullible and anxious. Overall he isn't great at his job, being conned into giving away free fairy dust a lot.

Rick Diggins has tricked Speck into giving him free fairy dust multiple times using all of his disguises with the excuse of him getting samples of fairy dust for Stewards in the house.

Scheming and Scoring Fairy Dust[]
Car-Go Jones finds Speck in the Noodle Bar, Car-go approaches him pretending to be an envoy of the Stewards that's trying to get some fairy dust to see how it effects them. Car-go easily cons Speck, with Speck thinking that this is his big break and that he's going to miss being at the Noodle Bar. He gives Car-Go eight baggies of fairy dust. As Car-Go leaves, Speck tells him to tell his employers to enjoy the fairy dust responsibly, and he tells Car-Go that he is his best friend.
