Tavian is the heir to the throne of Kaelstoop and Markus St. Vincent's older brother. He wears sailors attire and has a green parrot familiar.
Background[]
Tavian sent Markus on a scouting mission where he eventually got lost. He sent out scouts to try and locate Markus but to no avail. Tavian joined The Forces of Light after learning about Markus joining Zaul'Nazh.
