- The insight that Sam missed from Philtrum, was that she could've read her mind, and get the context on what wasn't being told to them, especially that Philtrum needed them to fail.
- It is revealed that Aabria very carefully kept information from them, like dodging giving them newspapers to keep them from the revelations early on.
- The board games at The Questing Beast were Wizard Checkers, A Crown of Candyland that plays itself, and a normal deck of cards.
- Sam's priority on introducing magic to the normal world would be to fix trash islands in the world. Jammer would like to create kitchens everywhere, in order to feed the hungry. Evan would have pointed out that they would need to roll it out everywhere, and immediately, for fear big companies would try to kill them to keep that from happening.
- A piece of Evan's backstory is that he was raised on a fundamentalist militia compound, which contributed to his paranoia and fighting skills. In a better version of his life, Evan would've been very academically-minded.
- Teddy confirmed Evan's fact that God is dead.
