Not much is known about the Court of Craft, other than the fact that it is the Court that BINX Choppley belongs to, as described in their official art. Surena says in Adventuring Party that she thinks the Court of Craft and the Court of Wonder might have been at some point just one court that later got broken off.
BINX was the only one in the court to survive, and as such is referred to as the "Soul [sic] Survivor." They said that their court's magic was stolen by the Court of Wonder, and that they survived by creating a "washing machine" - a spinning cycle of movement and magic powered by belief in the Mortal Plane. By process of elimination, BINX is their leader, and as Hob points out, can speak unanimously for the court.
The Court of Craft never attended any Blooms as they took issue with the etiquette involved and found it confusing.
The lost members of the Court of Craft reached out to BINX in You Will Never Know a Lonely Day Again.
Inhabitants[]
- BINX Choppley
- Prince Andhera (dual-citizen between the Court of Craft and the Unseelie Court)
Customs[]
- The Court used to go to the material plane and steal socks from mortals.
- When the Court of Craft die, they turn into objects, and the last weaver of fate is currently a tree in the Material Plane, and BINX's sister is currently a haunted house.
- They don't abide by royal titles, as, as BINX puts it, they are "A House. A Home."
Relationships with Other Courts[]
- According to BINX, the Court of Wonder stole all the magic from The Court of Craft.
- Prince Andhera of the Unseelie Court, BINX Choppley of the Court of Craft, Major K. P. Hob, formerly of the Goblin Court, Delloso de la Rue, formerly of the Court of Wonder, and the two Lords of the Wing are very close friends, all four of whom are conspiring to take down the Court of Wonder, particularly Prince Apollo.
- Hob told Blemish and Boil that if they were to elevate Andhera's permission to next in line for the throne, the Goblin Court may have a friendly ear not just in the Unseelie Court, but also the Court of Craft due to Andhera's relationship with BINX.
- In Episode 8, some unnamed middle peerage of the Deepwater Court, the Stone Court, The Seafoam Court and the Seelie Court sent deeply impersonal letters to BINX, inquiring about her potential desire to marry and bolster her court by having someone from their respective Courts leave their Court to join hers. These letters were left unresponded, as it stressed BINX out to receive so many messages from people they didn't know, which acted like she knew them.
- The Unseelie Court's own heir Prince Andhera is implied to be persuing a relationship with BINX Choppley of the Court of Craft, and is a duel citizen of both his own and BINX's court.
