The Deluxe Royale is the third episode of season 22, Never Stop Blowing Up.

Introduction

We're at the elevator of the Deluxe Royale Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles as our action heroes, Detective Jack Manhattan, crime lord Kingskin, secret agent Greg Stocks, AKA St. Lawrence of the Santo Patron, Vic Ethanol, Jennifer Drips and G13 were all clustered in the elevator together after an eventful night that saw a takeover of the Mercury Facility for War Chemicals, the destruction of a nuclear submarine, and the escape in a velvet-lined torpedo. A brick of cocaine being mixed with human blood and then snorted in the back of a nightclub. A man with a katana at the end of a chain being wrapped up and destroyed in a 120-mile-per-hour car accident at the basin of the Los Angeles River. A rooftop absconding of a baggie full of bullet casings after a long makeout mirror session, and an uploaded hacker interface with a number of different hackers in a sort of syndicate of cybercriminals, all of which ended with a couple other visions coming together. We have a dossier from the Santo Patron. We have some elements of some tThe Deluxe Royale 1:54:48 The Deluxe Royale hings that were seen at the Mercury Facility. We have the perpetrators, FBI. The Empresario, two Dobermann Pinchers. Outside, Kingskin's henchman Doug Meat is looking for street parking, and made it to the elevator.

We reenter the elevator, stopped suddenly, jarring to a halt between floors as G13's accomplice leans in and asks "You stopped the cameras, right?" As batons, knives, blackjacks, and brass knuckles come out for a rumble here in the elevator. (elevator bell dings)
