The Fey Bookmaker is a character who helps Chirp to place a bet in regards to Rue's wager against herself.

Appearance[]
A flower bloom opens up in front of Chirp, revealing a very small fey person with dragonfly wings. She speaks with a Brooklyn accent.
Personality[]
She loves taller men, which is why, when it is suggested she hook up with Lt. Gorebladder, she is interested.

Lady Chirp Featherfowl[]
The Fey Bookmaker works with Chirp to place a bet against herself in the wager between her and Rue. She admits that she didn't care for The Green Hunter, and Chirp tries to attack her, but being small, the Bookie just walks on top of Chirp's blade. Chirp sets a bet of 5000 eggs, and, to finalize the bargain, the Bookie causes lurid pink flamingo-y prawny feathers feathers to sprout around Chirp's wrist as an insignia. Chirp tells her she likes it, but wouldn't have picked it out herself. The Bookie mentions its from the Trickster Court, Chirp replies she's a big fan, and also how she loves how small the Bookie is. They almost kiss, but the Bookie gets tired halfway running up Chirp's arm. Chirp then, after Hob's suggestion, pitches Gorebladder to her. The Bookie then gives Chirp a clear vial as a thank you for the hook up.
Major Gorebladder[]
Hob hears Chirp talking to a "very small person" over the Blue(bird)tooth, and suggests hooking them up with Captain Gorebladder. Chirp then pitches Gorebladder to her. She is very much interested, responding that she loves taller men.
