The Fix is a hardboiled hit man in Mentopolis. He is played by Hank Green. He is the manifestation of hyperfixation, his name is a play on this and the role of a "fixer" who is a person who makes arrangements for people, especially illegally.
Description[]
The Fix is a huge guy, with particularly enormous arms that are bigger than his legs. His body is hard like stone, and a deep red-orange colour. His short hair and eyebrows are white. He wears a white formal shirt with a suit vest, pants and tie, and a bowler hat which is probably normal sized but on him is comically small. He has a small bandage over his nose. He usually carries a large gun, tailor-made for his unusually large fingers. (He can't use standard guns, which proves to be a major setback.)

The Fix is a hitman who hunts down distractions and intrusive thoughts, hired by the DA Mark Bition. He does this work to support Madame Loathing's Home for Wayward Interests as he is a benefactor and cares for the child interests there, though he is disliked by Loathing as the love he shows for the kids according to her "gives them false hope" although she admits to hating the kids so her word is less than concrete.
He has taken care of many distractions for the DA's office "outside the law". It can be presumed he is a prolific and professional at his job as he is given jobs directly by the DA and is trusted with the most pressing intrusive thoughts in the city, but has never been given a child target until Conrad.
