Description[]
The Lines Between is a realm outside of stories created by The Authors, meant to house all realms of story. It exists as a floating palace of books and parchment within The Auroratory, which is staffed by several librarian spirits including Glossary, Index, Key, and Legend.
Hall of Stories[]
A great hall containing doorways to each realm of story and their various incarnations. The door to The Neverafter is twisted and is absorbing other doors and realms. The hall also includes passages to The Endless Nights, The Land of Birds and Beasts, The Land of Heros, and The Lands of the Tall.
The Canonade[]
The main atrium of The Lines Between houses a chamber holding a giant inkwell, The Canonade itself.
The Auroratory[]
The Auroratory
The Auroratory is an endless aurora borealis filled with voices telling stories. When Ylfa, Pib, and Pinocchio swam in the Auroratory, they heard their stories being told by numerous voices. After hearing many of her stories ending happily, Ylfa became distressed, getting stuck in the aurora, unable to swim out. A comet-like stream of red began to string through the Auroratory after this.
The Tower of Tales[]
A library that holds books containing the tales of every character within the various realms of story. Destiny's Children each acquired their own books while in the library, including The Adventures of Pinocchio, which Pinocchio gave his strings to.
